Privacy
This page says what happens to the little information Lumi collects. It is written by the person who runs it, in plain words.
If you send an enquiry
The form asks for your name, your email address, optionally your business, and your message. It is used for one thing: to read your message and reply to you. It is saved in a private database that only the owner of this site can open, and it is emailed to the owner so a reply is not delayed. It is never sold, shared with advertisers, or used to send you anything you did not ask for.
Two outside services touch it in passing: the database host that stores it, and the email service that delivers the alert to the owner. To limit abuse the site counts how many messages arrive per hour and per email address.
Cookies and tracking
There are no advertising cookies, analytics scripts or trackers. The site stores two small things in your browser: a sign-in cookie, only if the owner signs in, and your choice of light or dark mode.
Keeping and deleting
Enquiries are kept until the conversation is over, then deleted. To have yours deleted sooner, or to see what is held about you, send a new message through the form on the landing page asking for that, and it will be done.
